Original academy awards mini oscar table decoration. Has 2 small brass plaques on base, the front one reads, Academy of Motion picture arts and sciences First award Columbia pictures For the best picture of the year. The rear plaque reads. 15 th anniversary Columbia pictures 1920-1935 It is 6 inches high with a 2.5 inch base, condition is worn looks better in life with white metal showing, the previous owner had a photo of tony curtis holding an identical statue, she did say that she was related to tony curtis & this was his but it is only hearsay from an old lady just an interesting story.
