Ferdinand liebermann (judenbach 1883–1941 munich), “ride on an ostrich”, Designed in 1910, manufactured by the rosenthal porcelain factory, selb, 1916, porcelain, with polychrome painted decoration, inscribed in the base, the underside with green factory marks, height 46 cm, length approx. 54 cm., 18 1/8″ x 22″, she is stunning, in fine conditon from a fabulous fine local estate, she has two small darkened areas from the firing process, to her left breast and his tail, neither affect the overall appearance.
