Size 14.5 inches tall. Originally purchased in the early 70s by my friends father the famous French spy Philippe de Vosjoli, best known because his agents found the missiles on the Bay of Pigs. He subsequently informed Kennedy and this led to Cuban Missile Crisis. This vase is from a very limited design by Picasso produced by Madoura ceramics in Spain. The style is classic Picasso. This is one of the most intricate designs of the limited number of Picasso vases produced. A very thin surface chip is missing on the upper lip of the vase.
